To make AAR appointments simple to manage, the following features are available so you can: 

• Configure Appointments
• Set the number of AAR appointments you accept by day of the week and hour of the day. You can revise at any time.
• Send Reminder Notices
• Opt into sending AAR appointment reminder notices by e-mail and text. We have set up the frequency and timing rules for your convenience.
• See real-time appointments in the AAA Repair Shop Portal (RSP)
• View AAR appointments in RSP as walk-in appointments.
• Push AAR appointments to your Shop Management System (SMS) calendar
• Push AAR appointments to your SMS calendar to prevent overbooking.  Contact a JetCom Specialist for information on how to enable.
• Block out Shop Closures
• You can prevent appointments from being made when you close your shop for any reason.
• Manage Same Day and Next Day Appointments
• Your shop has full control of same day and next day appointments.

 

For Members

We're also making it easy for AAA members to connect with your facility.  With AAR Appointment Scheduling AAA members can:

• Easily make an AAR appointment online and offline
• Members and non-members can schedule appointments at AAA.com.  Members can also visit a AAA branch or call AAA to make an AAR appointment.
• Receive appointment details and reminders from the facility by e-mail and/or text
• Details include a confirmation ID your staff can use to look up the appointment details.
• Easily update appointments
• Change and cancel appointments using links in confirmation messages.
• Automatically send appointments to Google Calendar when using a Google e-mail
